Rain Scott has been driving impact in Human Resources since 2014, bringing strong people skills and problem-solving expertise to every role. Since joining Penske in 2018, she’s advanced from Recruiter to HR Manager, supporting teams with energy and focus.
She holds an M.B.A. from Ashford University, serves on the board of Pride Houston 365, and runs her own events and charcuterie business. Rain lives in Katy, Texas, with her dog Sage.

Carmelita Ratna, is a seasoned public service and legal professional with more than 20 years experience assisting underserved communities and providing strategic business development guidance. She previously served as a board member for the Houma-Terrebonne Economic Development Commission, and the Houma-Terrebonne Airport Commission. Carmelita played an important role in guiding those organizations through complex activities, and transactions.
